Ignored by the staff and unable to access WiFi, I had the pleasure of wandering aimlessly through the charming rustic building and admiring the lobby fireplace. Oh, and the nearest airport is Bilbao. How convenient.

I guess the staff was too busy managing their own lives to manage the property properly. Oh well.

The rooms at Aristieta are so cozy and charming! The wooden floors and beams give them a rustic feel, and I loved the seating area with the comfortable sofa. The free WiFi was a plus for us, and having a private bathroom with a bath or shower made our stay even more convenient.

Personally, I would have preferred if the rooms had showers instead of baths. But that's just my preference, others might enjoy it.

The budget-friendly accommodations were comfortable with a nice heating system and a cozy bed. the owners were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist with a motorbike problem. the breakfast was delicious, featuring freshly juiced oranges, local cheese, meat, bread. the hotel's eco-friendly practices and proximity to Guernica and the sea towns added to the overall positive experience.

Felt like treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble.

The guestrooms at Aristieta are absolutely charming with their beautiful wooden floors and beams. I felt like I was staying in a cozy cabin in the mountains, a perfect retreat for a nature lover like me.

Personally, I prefer having a bathtub in the bathroom rather than just a shower. But hey, different strokes for different folks!

Just had the best Xmas getaway! The hotel was nestled in a stunning countryside location, perfect for long walks and hikes. The room was huge, clean, and had a beautiful bathroom. Parking was right by the building, and the hosts were so friendly and helpful. But the highlight was the amazing breakfast with local fruit and homemade jam. Plus, being just 35 minutes away from Bilbao airport was super convenient!

Only two small drawbacks. First, the soundproofing could be better, as the rooms were a bit noisy.

We had a fantastic stay at this country property just a short distance from the city. The location was like something out of a fairytale, with superb surroundings perfect for hiking and immersing ourselves in nature. The room was spacious and cleaned daily, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, including convenient parking just a few meters from the building. The hosts were incredibly polite and helpful, providing us with a wonderful breakfast featuring local fruits from their farm. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even helping with a motorbike problem by making calls and taking us to a garage for repairs. a lovely stay in a quiet and picturesque setting.

The owner was so helpful with information about the area's natural beauty. Free WiFi was provided, as well as a terrace, garden, and library. Just loved the rustic stone building and lobby fireplace. Definitely recommend!

Couldn't find anything to complain about. except maybe the lack of unicorns in the garden?

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decoration of the hotel. The beautiful antique furniture and warm colors created a welcoming and homely atmosphere. It was perfect for senior people like myself, as the general areas were spacious and easy to navigate. I particularly enjoyed spending time in front of the fireplace in the lobby, reminiscing about the good old days. The children working there were always ready to assist and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay.

For a better vacation for senior people, it would have been ideal to have handrails or grab bars in the bathrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at the guest house in Ajangiz. The room was absolutely lovely, with beautiful furnishings and stunning views. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, which is a rare treat. The facilities for preparing food were also very useful, and we loved the sun-drenched garden space. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us tips on parking in Guernica and even helping me find a place to fix my reading glasses. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
